Terms for Bids

The asking price is $79,000. This has been determined by an online survey of comparable boats recently sold and currently for sale. The new engines and ongoing maintenance as described on the Detailed Specs page must be considered relative to price.

The boat is usually available for inspection at Lions Bay Marina. Please write to make arrangements, we would be happy to accommodate you.

We welcome offers on the following conditions:

1. Offers including price, confirmation of funding and expected closing date can be made to david@davidshore.com. We will usually be able to get back to you the same day.
2. If your offer is accepted, you must be prepared to make a refundable deposit prior to an inspection. We will agree to deal with you exclusively for a reasonable time upon acceptance of your deposit.
3. We are very serious about selling, but not desperately motivated to sell, so if you are serious about buying this boat, research fair market and make a fair bid. We will not be able to respond to low-ball bids or bids for less than all cash. 
4. All sales are FOB Vancouver, British Columbia. If you need to ship the boat anywhere in the world, you can get shipping quotes from www.uship.com, an eBay company.
5. You must agree to change the name immediately following the sale unless you plan to move the boat outside of British Columbia.

The boat is being sold by the owners. It is owned free and clear and can be made available for delivery upon short notice.
